Step One: Event Logistics
  • General guidelines to design a budget using available funds.
  • Location Search for ceremony and reception sites
  • Assistance with signing contracts, negotiating prices.
  • Vender searches and meetings, coordination of vendor services.
  • Arrange taste testings.
  • Arrange for transportation.
  • Arrange for guest lodging.
  • Create maps, directions to venues.
Step Two: Personal Event Design
  • Personal Inspiration Board with the latest trends, classical elements personalized, original ideas exclusive to your wedding.
  • Colors and themes extended to all elements of the event.
  • Exclusive Flower design with the florist's time and delivery included in this package price (cost of wholesale flowers is additional)
  • Envelopments invitations, created for you at a discount
  • Special lighting/drapes

  • Assistance with wardrobe; bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, tuxedoes, etc.
  • Plan the grand entrance and the formal get-away.

Step Three: Personal Touches
  • Preparing Seating Lists and Place Cards
  • Address (calligraphy), mail invitations and track responses.
  • Hospitality and amenity Baskets – delivery included.
  • Assistance with planning/designing rehearsal dinner, gift-opening event, showers or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Step Four: Rehearsal Services
  • Work with officiate to organize, rehearse processional/recessional.
  • Prepare wedding party with etiquette advice.
  • Coach the ushers on their duties.
Step Five: Day-of Coordinating Services
  • Consultation with bride and groom (initial meeting is complimentary)
  • Coordinate with your vendors, call and confirm contract within 2 weeks of wedding date.

  • Set-up at ceremony site and/or reception hall.
  • Transfer of items from ceremony site to reception.

  • Tear down and pack away all decorations at reception site.
