You've been intensely working to make everything about your day special. But now that the BIG day is approaching rapidly and you need to catch your breath. Why not let Blush coordinate your wedding day and make sure that everything you've planned happens just the way you've imagined?

Day-of Coordinating Services Include: 8 hours (more as needed)

• Consultation with bride and groom (initial meeting is complimentary)
• Coordinate with your vendors, call and confirm contract within 2 weeks of wedding date.
• Prepare itineraries for members of the wedding party, family and vendors.
• Set-up at ceremony site and/or reception hall.
• Transfer of items from ceremony site to reception.
• Coordination of events at ceremony and/or reception.
• Weekend services
• Rehearsal services
• Prepare wedding party with etiquette advice
• Coach the ushers
• Work with the officiate to organize and rehearse processional and recessional
• Work with the musicians to coordinate the ceremony music
• Conduct the rehearsal if the officate cannot be present
• Additional Hours
• Additional time and/or workers for set-up
• Additional time and/or workers to tear-down and put everything away
• PROBLEM-FREE DAY
